      Pros

      The business model is perfect for the times and is designed to empower at all levels from the front line forward.

      Cons

      Selective (read inconsistent) political correctness interferes with decision making. Some of the tenured leadership obtained their current position before inter-industry competition became as intense as it is today so there are pockets of resistance to contemporary sales training concepts and practices.

      Pros

      We used to have free phone service...but even that was tainted by cost of phones, we are required to have for job.

      Cons

      Bad Management...poor decisions by Management IPhone too little to late...its now old and who even wants them anymore Pay is below industry standard Cant compete with AT&T and Verizon small fish in big pond poor choice of new billing system-way over budget No career growth...too good at your job...get pigeon holed too many managers have input on your career

      Pros

      It was a great company to learn wireless in and provide for my family. Great benefits and well taken care of monetarily. Many oppurtunities to win contests and encouraged to go the extra mile.

      Cons

      They are kind of behind in technology for selling technology. Many of their practices of "day to day" tasks seem outdated. They need to be more forward thinking. Almost too "mom and pop" feel company to be in technology.
