      Cons

      Different supervisors have different approaches on how they rate you. You will not get enough feedback. No real option to change your schedule. Do not recommend for working parent who needs flexible options.

      Cons

      The only downside to working for this company (in a retail store) is the hours. I found them to be difficult in order for me to maintain a home life and manage school work. That is why I had to quit. I could not find child care to cover the hours of which I was required to work.
