Pros

If you have sales experience it is easy to succeed. It is easy to track your metrics and know what type of items you should upsell. The work hours and commission was great for a college student.

Cons

Some metrics or items pushed are unfeasible in our modern world. Ex: Selling phone accessories is easy, selling internet packages that run on the us cellular network is very difficult. Most people, even in rural areas, have faster and cheaper options that are more reliable and offer more support.

Pros

The pay was good, adequate benefits

Cons

The culture is super toxic, with a lot of time wasted on ineffective techniques and a focus on sales at any cost. Coworkers lied to customers to get sales and were rewarded for it. The PoS and network backend were a broken mess, but may have improved since then. Support from management was near non-existent
