      can work a lot of weekends if short staffed but overall, very happy

      Pros

      The company cares about the culture, very focused on customers, and doing the right thing. The benefits are good and quite flexibile, medical and dental, 401k match, FREE PHONE. Teamwork is appreciated and the atmosphere is fun. The company is very focused on promotion from within. If you have potential, you can grow here.

      Cons

      The pace of the environment is fast. There is a lot to learn initially but lots of training is provided.

      Pros

      They support you to advance if thats what you are looking for. The culture is as good as it gets for retail. The service is top quality so you have something you can sell without lying about it.

      Cons

      Its retail, the nature of the beast can't be changed. At times you have to deal with some management that should't hold management positions, but Im sure that happens in most companies. Being a smaller company they dont have the newest devices so you have to overcome that.
