      Pros

      Good place to work compaired to other sales job because there isn't as much cold calling. They have a good product to sell.

      Cons

      They are trying too hard to become like the other cariers and going away from what made them a good company to work for.

      Pros

      The employees live the values and behaviors of the Dynamic Organization. Excellent feedback on performance. Great work/life balance; management is very supportive of life outside of work. Very understanding when stressful events occur and you need time off to deal with them. Very collaborative work environment

      Cons

      Formal time/days off is more limited than I am used to from previous employers Sometimes the collaboration can lead to "analysis paralysis"; sometimes there are too many hands in the project requiring multiple levels of review/approval to proceed.

      - Financially stable organization. - Well respected in the telecommunications industry. - Employees very friendly. - Opportunities to work on cross functional teams. - Benefits

      Cons

      - Not a lot of structure. Sometimes work is not done as efficently as it could be. - Work/life balance can be an issue. - Some leaders lack experience in the departments they lead. Very frustrating for those employees that have extensive experience. - Sometimes compensation is not in alignment with the work.
