The training wasn’t linear, or thorough, or “taught”. I spent three weeks in a back room doing workbooks while in a Zoom call. The system in which we sell/activate phones is unreliable and often crashed which was very stressful because upper management would stress that we work quicker and discouraged spending too much time with customers who weren’t purchasing anything. Major favoritism
