Pros

The people are okay, benefits are reasonable. The schedules are pretty good and the pay is comparable to other call centers.

Cons

Managers can be unfair and they show a lot of favoritism towards certain employees. Coaches also show favoritism towards certain employees.

Pros

The company has a well defined culture, which if embraced, leads to feelings of job satisfaction. Senior leaders take their responsibility to protect the culture quite seriously and are consistently articulating the uniqueness of the business model and its results.

Cons

Front line leadership is inconsistent, though usually well intentioned. Promotions are given to favorites, despite the lip service to inclusion.

Pros

As a sales rep, you can make a great living if you are in the right location and have a strong work ethic and are able to be flexible with your customer service skills, and ability to sell - it really requires being strong in both areas. In some markets, is the number 1 wireless provider despite being a regional provider (Wisconsin, parts of Iowa). In most markets, very strong network and wireless coverage. Has done a great job with driving business results and not cutting employees during poor economy.

Cons

The compay runs thin in regards to staffing which has a negative impact when there are open positions, there is some burnout with the high volume stores, customer's ping pong back and force between customer service and the stores to get what they want but may not deserve. Lack of handset selection hurts when competing against Verizon, small company that lacks resources and banks on the front line to get results, a step behind with data (smart phones, wireless modems).
