Pros

Peers were supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

When the opportunity arose for the company's "Great Culture" to rise to the occasion, the support which supposedly was available morphed into a secretive HR game that was not worth sticking around to play. I found growth opportunities and opportunities to learn the business either perfunctory or barely minimal. Organizational/managerial changes were frequent.

Pros

Base pay Benefits Potential room for growth

Cons

Unattainable quotas. It’s as if they are intentionally doing this to pay people less. I’ve been told that our quota system is broken, yet don’t get any relief when I don’t get paid my full bonus Poor work life balance in retail. Headcount is too low. When someone goes out on vacation, calls out sick, goes out on medical leave, the whole team feels it. Turnover is ridiculously high in sales right now. Leadership is given many responsibilities outside of their job description. This takes away from being able to train their staff and run their stores effectively. No matter what this company’s problems are, it will always fall back on frontline leaders. In their eyes, we are never doing enough. Yet we are given too many distractions and not enough resources to do what we need to do. The network is struggling and frontline has to own that message. Customers beat up the frontline on a daily basis because of it. We are told that something will be changing but that’s been years now. To sum it up, people aren’t getting paid and they are working more hours than they ever have. When they are at home they can’t fully disconnect because their teams are new and need assistance. When they are at the store, they are doing duties outside of their roles and struggle to get it all done. New initiatives are being rolled out constantly before they are fully “cooked” and frontline has to deal with that burden. I don’t think it will get better unfortunately.
