      Their checks clear and its fun in the beginning

      Cons

      The obsession with the Dynamic Organization made me feel like they were a cult; while the "DO" sounds good on paper it is isn't practiced supervisors. Without giving too much detail just know that there is a considerable amount of turnover at the company and it has a lot to do with supervisors.
