Pros

Skilled medical staff and capable emergency/trauma services. High-level care for critical situations (heart attacks, trauma, stroke). In many cases, nurses and doctors were attentive and empathetic to patient needs.

Cons

ER and emergency response times sometimes slow or confusing. Care and communication quality seem to vary good experience depends heavily on luck or timing.
