Pros

I am grateful to have wonderful peers and a manager who looks out for us. The pay is good, and we participate in every federal holiday. We also receive pay increases, as any company does, and enjoy very good benefits.

Cons

Every time the company schedules a BBQ event or potluck, I somehow manage to miss the memo.

Pros

The only thing and I mean only thing good about utopia is the benefits.

Cons

Horrible management. Toxic work environment. Micro managing. Constantly being lied to by the CMO. You will never go anywhere at utopia because they are over half a billion dollars in debt.
