Great Culture, Ok Benefits and Pay

Pros

The culture that is created at UW Credit Union is excellent. People who work there are generally positive and really are looking out for the best for you. The skills you learn to communicate with people and co-workers are very transferrable to other industries.

Cons

For the Madison Area, the pay was not sufficient. The way they have the performance and promotion system structured, it can come back to bite you if you take a promotion at the wrong time. The working hours can be inconvenient as they stay open later during the week and on Saturdays than most financials.
