Pros

Great colleagues. Okay compensation and benefits. Hybrid work arrangement.

Cons

- Bonus is so low compared to market average. - 401k match is not vested until you hit 2 years mark. - Educational benefit is not worth it, have to stay for years otherwise you have to pay back everything. - Raise are performance based but comes with conditions and you end up not getting much. - Overall compensation and benefits are not competitive at all. - Executives have no vision, full of politics and not doing what’s best for the company and members. Just what’s best and convenient for them. - Organization structure doesn’t make any sense and has to do with politics, and it affects how poorly the resources are managed. - No clear direction on advancement. - Want to hire more younger people but don’t give them enough opportunities to grow or trust them enough to make changes.
