Hard to move up in company

Pros

Great culture, awesome coworkers, party remote which I hope remote option stays.

Cons

It’s hard to move up in the company with positions that aren’t directly member focus. Most job moves are lateral and don’t offer more pay. Pay is decent but could be better.
