Highly political environment. Milwaukee market is much different than Madison as far as career opportunities. Inconsistent management High retail turnover

Pros

Great coworkers, supportive management, the ability to move upward in your career, fantastic benefits, competitive wages, ongoing training. I've been here for a couple years and am still surprised at how things keep getting better.

Cons

There can be a lot of initiatives and process improvements happening all at once. If you don't like change (even though it's almost always for the better), this probably isn't the employer for you!
