Pros

rollover PTO, community environment, work in the best interest of the member and not for your personal metrics, competitive compensation.

Cons

lack of solid policies and procedures, not a place to "move up" if you are in the Milwaukee area since there are not many corporate positions besides in Madison, focused highly on the retail aspect.
