Good benefits and opportunity to learn the banking world

Cons

Limited growth potential. If you don’t want to be a branch manager you are going to have to go to other organizations eventually. Not very flexible on using the large vacation balance they offer.

Decent pay, great culture, wonderful people

Cons

They tend to low-ball pay offers. But if you negotiate, they will often increase it. Also, certain departments have fewer advancement opportunities than others.
