Pros

Management and coworkers genuinely care about your well being and the company has structured programs and benefits in place to reflect the overall company's appreciation of employees. The work is straight forward once you go through the training. This is not the kind of job you take home with you every night. For an overthinker like myself, it is a blessing. I can't do work outside of work even if I wanted to. There is a balance between details/procedure and human interaction. Liveable wages. Great hours. Discounts and free bus pass/b cycle memberships. Paid volunteer hours. Amazing time off too!

Cons

I am still new, but I don't have many cons to mention.

Draining

Pros

Work at your own pace, but still have to hit satisfactory numbers. Get to sit with your manager once a month to recap performance of previous month. Once you know all the systems it's a petty easy job. But it can take months before you know the basics.

Cons

It's draining taking one call after the other. I would get a heachache when I go home after all the trouble shooting for members and calls. If you don't hit your satisfactory numbers it will be brought up every time in your monthly meeting with your manager, about how can you get them higher. You only get to know people who you immediately sit next to. Most of the team does not go out of their way to get to know each other. You may sometimes get denied vacation time because too many people already took off. So you have to be quick. High turnover rate, people leave all the time, the figure it's not for them.
