      Great culture! They really care about employees and the members. Management is accessible and makes efforts to improve the environment for everyone.

      Pros

      Tellers are really friendly, the system and regulations are pretty easy to learn, basically in the first month of doing transactions.

      Cons

      They measure you work in a profile, how many transactions, mistakes, if you said something the manager that he/she did not like. They fire you if you had 2 or 3 mistakes, it does not matter if you are a good employee and treat costumers with excellency... They hire really quick.

      Great people, take feedbacks, ok compensation

      Cons

      A lot of micromanagement, managers encourage coworkers to tell on each other focusing even little things causing dramas among the team, very strict with mistakes and slow growth/progression. Sometimes, I feel like the managers treat you like a child. Also, if you're full time, they are NOT flexible at all with your working hours if you'd like to take classes eventhough you offer to work extra on different days which sucks.
