The credit union offers tangible and intangible benefits including, but not limited to the following: Flexibility, Professional development, support, benefits, tailored experience, and inclusion.

Cons

Since I have been a member , I have been excited about the service offered. As an employee, that same feeling remains.

-They care about work/life balance -Fun perks like paid birthdays off -The people are generally fun to work with

-It's tough to get a significant raise or promotion. You have to be close to perfect. -After or before hours meetings. They're paid, of course, but it can mean very early mornings or late nights that you don't have control over scheduling. -It's tiring customer service work with all the usual cons that come with that
