a lot of growth potential with the company, they are growing at a fast rate. I love that even at a lower level you can and will be interacting with VP's and Executives. The work you do is meaningful and impactful to the community.

Cons

With so much growth comes growing pains, there are things that the company needs to adapt as it grows and takes on more members.
