Pros
One of the main benefits was that everyone that worked there treated each other as humans. Politics was mostly non-existent within the group. Very family friendly, and flexible working times. Interesting challenges, and a great freedom for an individual to introduce new ideas and projects.
Cons
Salaries are a bit below market for the area. Politics in dealing with physicians can sometimes become arduous. Little room in budget for any training beyond purchasing books.
