      Pay is good for what you do.

      Cons

      No security training all customer service more of a CNA than security. Ugly uniforms. Too much overtime and flexing to other hospitals.

      Health insurance and benefits in general are good

      Cons

      Management and directors are habitual liars. Job cuts or restructuring is nonstop. Management will lie to your face and when you present them with their own hypocrisy they will punish you. Everyone is miserable and hates working at UW
