      Pros

      Annual Raises, benefits very good compared to other companies. Good training, good management (at my site at least). I do feel like a valued employee.

      Cons

      I'm very fortunate to have good management at the clinic I work at, but I don't think this is the case everywhere.

      Pros

      Great pay, great learning environment. Supportive company and management. Best place I ever worked. Always trying to improve.

      Cons

      Parking is an issue. They will give you a free bus pass, but otherwise you have to be on a wait list and hope to pay around $1000 a year to park your car.
