      Pros

      Great people, flexible scheduling if you have health concerns or family commitments.

      Cons

      Electronic systems and internal processes (governance, compliance, security) are wanting for standardization and clearly defined policies/procedures. If you are salaried, plan on working significantly more than a regular work week most weeks.
