      Pros

      I really liked the culture and value of quality improvement on my unit. I cannot speak for other units, but I really enjoyed working here.

      Cons

      I had to float off of my unit somewhat frequently and I did not always feel welcome when I did. There was a night shift, weekend, and pick-up differential when I started working here that went away right before I left.
