      The benefits are pretty stellar, and there is lots of room for improvement.

      Cons

      There's a lot of complacency and politics. Sometimes departments don't take responsibility for things they maintain.

      Cons

      I often feel a lack of respect working as a Nursing Assistant at UW. Very little recognition or appreciation for the work I do. Mandatory overtime on occasion.
