      Pros

      Pharmacists and staff are all great people. The work environment is super friendly and working there is a treat.

      Cons

      The hours are not perfect. You get very little choice in the hours you work but overall you can trade shifts and it all works out.

      Pros

      I could see that there are resources available for research at this institution. The existing research infrastructure is robust. Overall, the leadership seemed to value research and research staff.

      Cons

      Personalities were frequently obstacles to my work (I eventually figured out that my supervisor had stepped on a lot of toes and therefor when I named dropped, many folks clammed up on working with me). HR was surprisingly unhelpful on any issue I brought up with them (payroll, access to systems, institution policies). While the research infrastructure was robust, it was heavily used and therefore constantly busy.
