      Inclusive environment, flexible work hours, great benefits

      Cons

      Tendency to promote internal candidates who have little managerial experience, can be a stressful work environment, upper management/administration can be disrespectful/dismissive of other employees

      Great people to work with, pay is good

      Cons

      A lot of jobs have phased out . Things take a long time in terms of policies and changes implemented. Say one thing and takes a year or so to actually happen.
