benefits are ok, but are steadily declining

Cons

There is a lot they can improve, all I will say is tread carefully when considering jobs at UW Health. On paper they seem good but in practice they are very different

Pros

UW Health is so big you'll run into great employees and mediocre employees.

Cons

The pay is consistently lower than market rate (despite them saying that they review the market rate). The benefits do not make up for this, they are pretty average/standard for a large employer.
