Cons

The culture is demanding, with a relentless pace that can easily lead to burnout. The operational side of the business often feels like a high-pressure machine where you are constantly measured against aggressive efficiency targets. While the work is impactful, especially in a sensitive area like Safety Support, the emotional toll can be significant and is not always fully accounted for by the organization. I had good time working at Uber and apart from the usual office drama, I never came across anything as a con though. Manager Bias is inevitable anywhere!!!
