Employees are very helpful via slack, and help answer questions rather than leaving you stuck even across different teams

Cons

Sentiment is low, fear of re-orgs or layoffs tend to arise among employees due to volatility in the stock market & changes in infrastructure

Smart, collaborative, ambitious, friendly team. Strong leadership, yet very little is top down. Lots of autonomy and opportunity. Amazing growth which makes everything more fun (and challenging)!

Cons

Nothing big yet. Hyper growth comes with a set of challenges -- but that's what makes it fun!
