Gaslighting of Performance

Pros

Good benefits, food and snacks provided

Cons

Performance is wildly unregulated and I went from all positive feedback to suddenly negative feedback. Tons of internal competition breeds a culture of distrust and contempt, very long working hours and lack accountability. Constant reorganization causes a lot of movement internally and instead of being forthright about the need to cut employees, they critique employees until they leave
