Pros

Have a good laugh, free food

Cons

Hard if you are a parent. Not much they can do for u if your child gets sick. Also if you are going through anything personally they don’t really care. It’s all numbers for them and doesn’t really make sense the targets. Can feel very childish the way they treat workers. Not sales, more call center work. Should change things
