Pros

- Product is interesting and there's a lot to learn - Perks are good (but are also typical of tech): they feed you in the office for both breakfast and lunch, they also give you a wellness and a commute stipend

Cons

- Highly political and depending on the team you're part of, team members can be toxic / unsupportive of your professional growth
