      I used to hate it here, but it has improved

      Pros

      It’s improved over the past few years.at least since the layoff got rid of some very poor managers.

      Cons

      A lot of changes are not communicated well. Feels a bit cloak and dagger, or they are totally winging it at the C level. Or changes happen so often that people no longer pay attention and sometimes aren’t aware of what their reporting structure looks like. Why learn who your skip level is if it’s going to change in 3 months?

      Pros

      - The people I work with create a great culture of: Go big & do your best, but if things don't turn out perfect & mistakes are made, we'll work together to fix it! Really good culture of not pointing fingers or placing blame and instead just accepting challenges together & working through them. - Interesting problems to be solved! :) - Fantastic collaboration! - Lots of very smart people!

      Cons

      - Having a team so spread out across the country can make it difficult to stay engaged. Even though this team does a better job connecting remotely than any other remote team I've been on, remote engagement can be challenging regardless.

      Great product, good tech stack and growing team in India

      Cons

      Bad work life balance, horrible work culture. Feels like you are working in a hourly placed service industry. Groupism and if you are not part of the group you are not welcomed or accepted for the work you do.
