Pros

Uber has been focused on "Doing the right thing" and that permeates to all levels. You really feel appreciated in the company and they offer great benefits. They are also very focused on giving you opportunities to grow and learn, ensuring your growth is part of your career within the company.

Cons

Currently the culture is in a shift from an older startup mindset but it is part of the change.
