Ubique. GROUP promotes from within the company when they can. The management team actually mean it when they say they have an Open Door Policy.

Cons

We are making big changes in both our product lines and our operations. With growth comes many changes. With many changes come many headaches. Growing pains are the bigge4st CON at this time.
