      Pros

      Belnick is an excellent employer and really values each employee. The company has been re-engineering everything and you have an opportunity to be heard and contribute to the companies future. This seems like a small thing, but it's the reason why you will meet other motivated co-workers who are happy and have a positive outlook. Work, life balance can be achieved.

      Cons

      Really don't see the downsides and have been with the company for over a year and half.

      There are tons of opportunities for growth and career advancement.

      Cons

      In the last 3 years, the company went from a small business feel to a corporate feel. C-level Management seeks very little input of employees, and is fast to make big changes without thinking through all of the affects those changes have on other departments.
