Bottom line takes precedent over employees well being. Company reduces benefits to improve bottom line. Employees are treated like indentured servants. No work life balance.

In the last 3 years, the company went from a small business feel to a corporate feel. C-level Management seeks very little input of employees, and is fast to make big changes without thinking through all of the affects those changes have on other departments.
