Pros

One of the best aspects of working for Ubique is a sense of belonging. I feel like part of a big family here, and you can tell that this ethos is held throughout the warehouse staff, office staff, and remote workers. The regular free lunches, holiday events, and charity events are great opportunities to see this family in action. Ubique is a closely-knit, well-oiled, and passionate company that strives for success and helps the community around them.

Cons

There are few negatives of working for Ubique, but the biggest is a lack of employee presence in the office. I wish there were less remote workers and more employees who lived and worked close to the office in Georgia.

Pros

Ubique cares about their employees. From full insurance packages to PTO, from great onboarding and training to monthly Town Hall meetings for updates on company progress. Flexible schedules and Remote jobs to coaching and mentoring. This company understands the simple concept that happy employees work hard for the company and the customer.

Cons

While Ubique is working to better understand the importance of interdependence, departments tend to work independently with little regard to how each unit is a cog in the same wheel.

I have earned a lot of opportunity at the Ubique Group. We are growing rapidly and contributions are recognized. We wear a lot of hats and strive for results.

Cons

There's a lot of pressure to win and take share in the marketplace. This isn't a bad thing but you should be aware. It's a fast paced environment.
