The company is generally very flexible and willing to look at creative solutions to problems.

Cons

The company is undergoing some sever growing pains as it transitions from a family-run business to a more formal corporate model. Management is in the process of changing hands, and the hand-off has had some fumbles. The immediate future looks rocky.
