Pros

Good place to work for highly skilled technical workers. If you know your stuff, you can make a good career here. CEO is a good guy: Sean Belnick is top class.

Cons

You have to abandon any notion of implementing "Best Practices." You won't have time to implement them. You have to react to changes in production within minutes. Debug and test in production. CFO hates all IT people and is constantly changing the production databases, causing many bugs, and adding to the stress level.

Pros

Great co-workers. Work home balance is good. Resume` builder.

Cons

Management BS hard to swallow at times. Burned out, short-fused personnel need to leave. Lowering morale means you are no longer productive.

Pros

This company is good to work for depending on what area you work in. The employee you work with can be amazing people. But some employees seem to have alot more favor than others. Other than that, its your average boring job. If you can, LTL is where the money is. In the christmas season, you will be asked multiple times to stay and do over time. And you dont have to and wont be looked down on for it. Christmas bonus is good and can get pretty high for a 5 year employee.

Cons

The simple fact that certain employees can get away with murder and you cant. Ive seen management stand up for someone that actually hit someone else with a forklift. They then proceeded to drug test the person that got hit!!!! What???? The same employee started a fight with several people from Cartersville. The next day, that entire truck crew was fired and replaced. Things like this are hard to swallow and i myself would have trouble believing it if i didnt witness these events with my own eyes. Its not all bad, but the parts that are bad... They are really bad. Certain employees truly do matter more than everyone else, and this makes the warehouse a place that you will dread if you work around or see these employees get away with it.
