Pros

A paycheck every two weeks.

Cons

The mangers are a joke, they Don't listen to you, they only laugh at you. The whole shift spends the whole night on their cell phones and always trying to get out of work. The whole work force is very lazy, they would rather watch a movie on their cell phones rather than work. They are very lazy. If there is nothing to do they will have you go clean warehouse three for 8 hours, while people are sleeping on boxes or talking to all their friends about anything to get out of work. The mangers are a joke, they have no clue what is going on at Belnick. If you don't speak English you can get away with anything, Everyone stands around and talks about anything and everything from A to Z. Everyone keeps leaving Belnick after a few days or weeks at Belnick, the pay is sad $11.00 a hour, that is sad. If there is no work to do at all they will send people home very early before their shift would be over, very sad place is Belnick. Stay away.

Pros

Belnick has so many growth opportunities and tries to promote from within. They offer a very competitive benefits package including 401K, medical (which the company pays a large part of the premiums), dental, generous PTO time, and AFLAC insurances are also available to employees. As an employee that is 50+ years old, I have not seen any age discrimination. There are many employees that are over 50+ at Belnick. The owners have an open door policy that you just don't find in many companies and genuinely care about their employees.

Cons

For me it is the commute, but I love my job so it is worth it.

Pros

I have worked at several places over the years and Belnick is by far the best place I have ever been employed. Management has an open door policy, cares deeply about their employees and provides the necessary resources for people to succeed. They have a good lineup of benefits, including paid medical for employees, paid time off and a bonus program. Little perks that many companies have abandoned are still embraced by Belnick. A larger company with a family atmosphere.

Cons

Slightly informal due to its transition from a smaller company to one with several hundred employees.
