- The company is ran by a father and step-son duo, neither of which from my experience are competent managers of people. Also, they had little to no interaction with workers that weren't upper management.
- A very erratic environment. Sudden firing and re-hiring of people on a whim. Inconsistent and erratic decision-making by ownership. Sometimes seemingly spontaneous and random. Not a lot of trust between ownership and employees.
- 5 Days of vacation after a year of work, and that is all you accrue, ever.
- No annual salary increases or performance reviews - you have to threaten to quit to get any kind of salary increase
- Poor wages comparatively to similar companies. $10/hr is their magic number, for all positions, minus some middle management and accounting positions.
- Workers are scared to make minor mistakes for fear of firing/discipline.
-There is insurance, but it is expensive and the coverage is poor.
