Pros

The hours and the time you can take off. Good to get experience and then move on.

Cons

The pay. They do not give you yearly raises. The managers are really paranoid about there jobs so they make your job miserable. Need better management.

Pros

This company offers a casual, fun environment. The owners have a large picnic for the employees and their family, cater holiday parties, and allow departments to have birthday or celebration of special events during work hours. Employees become part of the family and the owners are sensitive to emergencies and flexible with time off. I've worked for Belnick, Inc. for several years and find that it is the most accommodating job for my life and family. The people are caring and fun. Pay is comparable to the positions offered and benefits are provided.

Cons

There is little advancement within the company. Some people are upset by this after they've worked there for a little while. However, the benefits outweigh the lack of advancement.

Pros

- Company has increased revenue almost every year of existence. - Had some very good coworkers. - A scenic area, and not at all a bad drive for commuting OTP North Atlanta. - Did not take the job home with me. Good work-life balance.

Cons

- The company is ran by a father and step-son duo, neither of which from my experience are competent managers of people. Also, they had little to no interaction with workers that weren't upper management. - A very erratic environment. Sudden firing and re-hiring of people on a whim. Inconsistent and erratic decision-making by ownership. Sometimes seemingly spontaneous and random. Not a lot of trust between ownership and employees. - 5 Days of vacation after a year of work, and that is all you accrue, ever. - No annual salary increases or performance reviews - you have to threaten to quit to get any kind of salary increase - Poor wages comparatively to similar companies. $10/hr is their magic number, for all positions, minus some middle management and accounting positions. - Workers are scared to make minor mistakes for fear of firing/discipline. -There is insurance, but it is expensive and the coverage is poor.
