      Pros

      Friendly environment even though the company was working remote at the time.

      Cons

      Primary technical platform was over-utilized creating enormous technical debt to the extent that portions failed routinely.

      - Friendly and collaborative team - Open-minded CEO - Great benefits - Freedom to work remotely or hybrid remote/office - This company is committed to growth and success; provides ample opportunities for all employees to grow along with it!

      Cons

      Some may find the work environment too "relaxed" but I see it as a lack of micromanagement -- it's up to you to get your job done!

      Cons

      The company is undergoing some sever growing pains as it transitions from a family-run business to a more formal corporate model. Management is in the process of changing hands, and the hand-off has had some fumbles. The immediate future looks rocky.
