      For me the pros are Insurance, pay, 401k, hours

      Cons

      Temperature in the warehouse. Hot in the summer. Cold in the winter but that’s a warehouse job.

      Forward thinking culture, growth mindset, focus on excellence, remote work flexibility, gives back to the community & supports local veterans. Great company to work for!

      Cons

      Even though the company offers great ways to engage remote employees from town hall meetings to fun activities, as a remote worker you have to be intentional not to isolate yourself.
