Great for some people - not recommending for all

Pros

- Very good compensation - Fast-paced environment - Excellent for learning - Excellent products - Ownership mentality - startup mentality / flat organization

Cons

- You 're just a cog in the machine - There is a big lack of transparency - Feels hectic / unstructured at times (something that the company embraces but I felt was distracting)
