Pros

Free fruits and great team events.

Cons

Colleagues were the worst. There was mobbing, but team leads did not care much. Did feel like most people do not have even a clue what they are doing. Pro: You'll get promoted anyway. Salary was low.

Pros

Good starting place for those coming into the industry and see what it is you'd like to do moving forward

Cons

A lot of the management that I'd dote on have left due to constant company re-orgs. The upper management constantly shifted people around which lead to loss in brand knowledge. We had to beg as a collective for salary increases that met inflation, and then were only given a 3% bump. After that, 10 CM's quit in a month.
