Pros
Uline is an awesome place to work. The finance department does an excellent job of recognizing and promoting talent. The standard for work is very high, but the expectations are clearly communicated. The benefits are great and all the employees are awesome to work with. While it can be competitive, it's not in a cut-throat sort of way. Uline is a great fit for someone who has a good work ethic and is also curious and willing to learn about many aspects of a business.
Cons
You may have to be willing to start in a transnational role and prove yourself for 6 months - 1 year before being promoted to an analyst position. However, for me this was a great way to get to know the culture and understand the business.
